Are you feeling overwhelmed making choices?

Spring is the season of growth and change. The plants and flowers are up (for the most part) and some are even audacious enough to be in full bloom! Many of my patients lately have come in feeling very scattered, frustrated, or angry. This can occur because Spring is such a forceful time of year in terms of growth.

Are you feeling stretched too thin in knowing how to move forward? Or restless and angry, maybe without even really understanding why? Acupuncture can help you come back to your center and sort through your priorities.

Spring, in Chinese Medicine, is the time of forward-thinking and goal-setting. Transitioning from the quiet of Winter to the rapid movement of Spring can produce some anxiety. Acupuncture offers protocols for subduing your frustration and letting you relax so that you can stay focused on what matters to you most while facing all of the choices we’re inundated with in modern life.

If you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or frustrated, please feel free to call me for a free consultation to discuss if acupuncture might be right for you. If you’re a current patient and have a friend who you think might benefit from connecting with me, please let them know that they are welcome to sign-up for my newsletter and/or contact me to setup a time to talk.
