Breathe Your Way to Better Health


Brevity, in writing at least, is not one of my natural gifts. My last blog post was long, so I wanted to offer you something simple this time.


The Drexel Recreation Center asked me for a one-minute video featuring stress management tips. It turns out a one-minute video is much harder to make than a video that drags on and on.


These two offerings are my early attempts.


First, a four-minute simple yoga flow to help you reset and a three-minute pranayama (breathing practice video) if you’re feeling anxious or unhinged.
