Restorative Yoga Flyer with Monica Fauble

If you’re feeling restless cabin fever vibes, especially if all the rain has had you cooped up inside lately, you’re in good company.

In Chinese Medicine theory, the energy of spring is up and out, like a seed pushing through the frozen earth. To help you sprout this spring, you might find that your body and mind are craving a bit more movement before you can easily settle.

If you’ve been feeling like you’re vibrating or anxious lately, my invitation to you is to go with that feeling and move your body through space. Even simple movements like sweeping the arms up overhead as you inhale and down as you exhale can help you clean the cobwebs of winter from your body.

This is a great time of year to start a new project, get back into movement patterns or just generally revamp the areas of your life that feel like they could use some new growth. But know that as we transition from winter to spring, you may be feeling creaky inside. Start slowly and work your way up to a more sustained level of action. A little bit often will equal a lot!

If you’re wanting to explore the energy of springtime alongside some gentle movement, there’s still space left in my Revitalize and Renew Spring Restorative Yoga Session at Studio 34 Yoga in West Philly. This event will be held on two dates: Fridays March 22nd or April 12th. Choose the time that works best for you.

Register for the 3/22 session through Tuesday 3/12 to take advantage of the early bird discount.

During this workshop, we will both rest and move and discuss the energy of this sacred season of birth. This workshop is super accessible and will also be gentle; no yoga experience needed.

Come sync up with spring with me.

And, as always, reach out if you have any questions.
