Today I want to talk to you about a simple tool I often suggest to people who feel overwhelmed by the ebbs and flows of illness, depression, or anxiety. It's also helpful for anyone who simply feels swept along by sudden chaos in their life and out of touch with a "big picture" view of how they're feeling in their lives.
This tool only requires about 2 minutes of your day and you don't have to do it forever. It is most helpful in times where you have flare-ups of symptoms or depression hits or when you notice that you're not feeling your best.
