I recently teamed up with Philly Power Yoga and Thrive Pilates (at 20th and Walnut), where I was taking luxuriously-sweaty heated yoga classes this past summer, to offer a winter-themed seasonal health workshop.
This workshop is awesome for anyone who struggles with the dark and the cold. If you have seasonal depression or just feel restless and worn down by winter, this workshop is for you.
We will explore the hidden gifts and opportunities of this special season and we will also address how to work with restlessness, fear, anxiety, and other strong emotions that often arise during this time of year. This workshop is part of my series called “Staying Healthy with the Seasons.”
