Wind Down 2024 & Ready Yourself for 2025

As we reach the end of the solar calendar year, we’re invited to take the time to pause. Sit quietly with yourself and journal or meditate about the highlights and obstacles you encountered in 2024. And reflect on what you want to leave behind, and what you would like to carry forward into 2025.
Reflection isn’t generally a one-and-done practice, which is why I’m inviting you to my New Year’s Day workshop at Studio 34.
“Realign and Renew: Gentle Yoga and Intention Setting” will take place in-person on New Year’s Day at Studio 34 Yoga in West Philly from 2-3:30pm.
We will find the gentlest movement, reflect in group journaling time, then you will be guided through rest practices to help you soothe your nervous system and find more relaxation and ease, so that you can open your heart to connect with your truest desires.
This workshop is a great opportunity to start off 2025 with some purpose and intent.
If you can’t make it in-person, the journaling prompts we will work through together are inspired by my e-book “Sustainable Self-Care.”

There’s a real beauty formed when people gather to care for themselves and to reflect.
